This private EZ BLIND workspace now saves quote requests. Please use it for owner review until business policies and public access are approved.

What is saved

When you choose Send My Quote Request, your name, contact information, street address, community, callback preferences, selections, measurements, notes and optional marketing preference are stored in the workspace database. Your signed-in Site identity links the request to your account. If selected, window photos are uploaded to private file storage after the request is accepted.

Who can access it

You can view your own request history. Authorized staff and admins can review customer requests, photos and order records. Internal notes, pricing references and staff administration are not exposed through customer history. The hosting provider processes data needed to operate the website.

Sign in and order tracking

Management usernames, account emails, roles and salted password hashes are stored in the database. Passwords cannot be read back. A secure management session expires after eight hours and is revoked when an account is disabled or its password is changed. Customers can use their reference code with their signed-in account to see their own project stages. References alone do not grant access.

Photos and downloads

Choose up to three JPG, PNG or WebP photos, at most 10 MB each and 20 MB total. Avoid sensitive documents or images of people. Authorized staff can download photos and customer records; downloaded copies must be handled securely. Image metadata is not automatically stripped.

Assistant, messaging and marketing

The window guide is a structured assistant, not a generative AI service. No quote data is sent to an AI provider. Configured social links open external services, which have their own policies; messages are not synchronized here. An optional marketing preference is recorded separately from the quote request. A transactional quote-summary email is prepared when you provide an email address. Sending requires a configured email provider and verified sender; the confirmation reports whether the provider accepted it. The provider receives the submitted quote details, including address and callback preferences. Email marketing is separate and remains unconnected.

Retention and launch review

Records remain until an authorized data-maintenance process removes them; no automatic deletion schedule is configured. Before public launch, the owner must approve retention, access, correction and deletion procedures and publish verified contact information. The current contact address, hello@ezblinds.example, is a placeholder and is not monitored. Do not submit sensitive information to this private review version.

Analytics

No external analytics service is configured. Interface events exclude personal form values. Operational hosting logs may process technical request information. Customer data is not intentionally written to application error logs.
